Drought Season 2 drops Nov 17th

New Project Features Stellar Guest Appearances Including J-Stalin, Messy Marv and Cellski to Name a Few

San Francisco, CA, October 20, 2009 – SMC Recordings proudly announced today the continuation to one of the most talked about collaborations in the Bay Area, Drought Season 2, will make it’s debut on November 17, 2009.
With solo projects already hot in the streets, the Jacka teams up with San Francisco rapper Berner for the follow up to the 2008 Drought Season, which debuted at #25 (Rap) and #55 (R&B/Hip Hop) on Billboard Charts.

The first single “Colder Blood” pairs the Jacka, Berner, J-Stalin, and Fam Syrk. Summarizing the eerie struggle and survival through the eyes of the streets, the video, directed by Razor,  has already premiered on various hip hop sites including Onsmash.com, WorldStarHipHop.com, MVRemix.com and NationofHipHop.net, garnering much anticipation for the project.

Features on Drought Season 2 include appearances by Bay Area artists including Messy Marv, Cellski, Mob Figaz, J-Stalin, as well as Akron, Ohio rapper Ampichino.
